Starters

Peppered King Prawns (gf)

King Prawns cooked with Caribbean herbs served with hot pepper sauce

Exotic Avocado Salad (v) (gf)

Avocado and Papaya served with salad leaves and roasted pumpkin seeds lightly drizzled with Plantation’s salad dressing

Cod Fish Balls (v) (gf)

Salted Cod mixed with Caribbean herbs and potatoes then gently fried served with sweet chilli sauce

Spicy Pumpkin Soup (v) (gf)

Nutritious Pumpkin sautéed with Caribbean herbs and coconut milk, lightly spiced with fresh ginger

 

Main Meal

Caribbean Beef Steak served with Sweet Potato Chips (gf)

Rump Steak seasoned and cooked in Plantation’s special sauce

Steamed Fish served with Okra and Bammy (gf)

Snapper Fillets gently cooked in Caribbean herbs with Okra

Curried Tofu served with Rice and Peas (v) (gf)

Tofu cooked in a mild curry sauce with Caribbean herbs and coconut milk

Aubergine with garlic and scallion served with Rice and Peas (v) (gf)

Celebrate Valentines Day with your loved one in style! Victoria performs a mixture of self-penned songs and uniquely interpreted covers with passion and technical flair. Drawing on traditions of gospel and soul, as well as her blues and jazz roots, her intimate and improvisatory style is dynamic, expressive and straight from the heart.  She has supported signed artists such as Polly Paulusma and Nick Harper, performed at festivals including Glastonbury and Bath Fringe plus venues throughout the UK.  Featuring Aaron Fowles on keys, Paul Crawford on guitar, Mark James on double bass, Dave McKeown on Sax  and Esteban Olmos on drums
