Our buffet menu includes soups, jerk chicken, curried goat, ackee, callaloo, chana and many other popular traditional dishes. Many suitable for vegetarians, vegans and gluten free.

Caribbean Chicken Soup

Spicy Pumpkin Soup (v) (G)

Nutritious Pumpkin Soup lightly spiced with Ginger

Jerk Chicken (G)

Boneless Chicken marinated and grilled in the world famous Jerk Sauce.  Plantation’s recipe

Curried Goat (G)

Goat Mutton marinated and cooked in Caribbean herbs and spices.  Cooked and served on the bone

Steamed, Seasoned Callaloo

Callaloo is similar to spinach

Curried Chana (V) (G)

Chana and mixed Dhal cooked in spices introduced to the Caribbean by the East Indians

Ackee and Mushrooms (V) (G)

Fresh Mushrooms sautéed with Ackee

Rice and Peas (V) (G)

Basmati rice cooked with red kidney beans, thyme, ginger, coconut cream, thyme and scallion

Creole Salad (V) (G)

Coleslaw (Not suitable for gegetarians)

Fried Dumplings (V)

Takeaways and sharing are NOT permitted from the buffet

There will be a £5 charge for any uneaten food that is left on the plate
