Plantation's Caribbean festive menu 2011

Plantation's Festive menu is still available for large groups and includes live entertainment. We can open the restaurant  outside our normal opening hours to suit your requirements. Please state your specific requirements when you call or send in your completed enquiry form.  Please let us know if you would like exclusive hire of the venue.

 

£23.95 per person (all you can eat starters and main courses, one dessert each)

Goat Mutton marinated and cooked in Caribbean herbs and spices.  Cooked and served on the bone

Prawns cooked in Plantation’s Creole sauce

Chana Dhal (V) (G)

Chickpeas and lentils cooked in spices introduced to the Caribbean by the East Indians

Ackee and Mushrooms (V) (G)

Fresh Mushrooms sautéed with Ackee

Basmati rice cooked with red kidney beans, thyme, ginger, coconut cream, thyme and scallion
